SHIPPING & RETURNS
We ship to Portugal via CTT, and the shipping costs of your order will be calculated at checkout. We normally process and ship your order within 2 working days of purchase and it takes 1-3 weekdays for delivery once order is shipped.
For international orders, we ship via CTT, and the shipping costs of your order will be calculated at checkout. We normally process and ship your order within 2 working days of purchase and it takes 3-7 weekdays for delivery once order is shipped.
Please be aware that we are a small brand and our products are all handled and shipped by us. We work really hard to ship all orders as soon as possible but delays can happen. If you didn’t received your product in the estimated time please kindly email us.
Please take in mind, that our made to order pieces, are handmade by one seamstress with care. Kindly allow 1-2 weeks for the making and shipping of your order once purchased.
1.2 Payment Methods
In the online store, the payment methods are:
– Mbway (Portugal)
– Multibanco (Portugal)
– Bank transfer (Portugal)
– Credit Card
As indicated in the payment menu at the end of the purchase, no other means of payment will be accepted.
The customer must pay only the exact amount specified in the confirmation of each order, and must do so using only the payment methods described above. Otherwise, if the Customer attempts to use another payment method that is not foreseen, Bona Fide cannot be held responsible for the loss of the payment or any other damages that may arise from it.
1.3 Confirmation or Cancellation
After making the purchase, the Client will receive an automatic e-mail confirming the transaction that should be printed or saved for future reference.
Your order will only be processed after confirmation of payment. In the event of non-payment or failure to comply with these General Conditions, Bona Fide reserves the right not to accept the customer’s order or to cancel it, even after automatic confirmation of the order.
Bona Fide reserves the right not to confirm and/or deliver the products of the order placed by the Customer for whatever reason and shall not be liable for any damage or costs if:
– any unforeseeable event or change in current circumstances which may affect production, transport and related costs, or which may lead to abnormal increases in the price of raw materials;
– if, for any reason, it is impossible to collect and receive the relevant payment;
– if the products ordered are no longer available;
– if the order has been placed with errors in the data required for delivery of the order;
– if the order is flagged by the security systems of the website as an incorrect, irregular and/or fraudulent order.
In any of the cases referred to, Bona Fide shall inform the Customer by e-mail about such situation of impossibility of confirming the sale and about the consequent cancellation of the order, returning the amount paid for the items.
Under current legislation, the Customer may return or exchange the product within 14 days of physical possession of the goods. You will be reimbursed for the amount paid for the products ordered, and the costs of returning them shall be borne by the Customer.
For returns or exchanges please write to us to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following subject: return or exchange (depending on which one).
In any case, will only be accepted the returns of items that are without any trace of use / change, in perfect original condition and accompanied by all accessories that constitute them. Please pack the products in our own packaging to return the items to us.
To be safe the package should be sent by registered mail to our address (provided by email).
Made to order refunds:
All made to order pieces are made exclusively for you and sometimes with your specific measures, so no returns are accepted. When in doubt of your size you can leave your own measures on the costume section or please contact us to: email@example.com
