1.5 Information on the Products

Bona Fide takes into account information on the essential characteristics of products through technical descriptions shared by its suppliers, and photographs illustrating the products marketed.

The images and photographs of the products, although trying to be as reliable as possible are illustrative, so the Customer should consider the possibility of differences in color, appearances of shape, which may also be due to the monitor and web browser used by it. Therefore, we recommend the Customer to consult carefully and in detail the product and its characteristics, in order to ensure that they are duly checked at the time of purchase.

1.6 Price Information

The retail prices indicated in the online shop are shown in euros (€), and are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) at the legal rate in force. This value will always be included in our prices.

The costs of the shipping service are the responsibility of the User/Buyer, and are added to the total value of the selected products. The User will be informed of these charges before confirming his order and completing the purchase process.

Bona Fide reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, it compromises to apply the rates and prices indicated at the time of placing the purchase order.

In the event of a computer, manual, technical or any other source error that causes a substantial change in the retail price not foreseen by Bona Fide, the purchase order will be considered invalid and cancelled.
